(i.e., Question, Appointment) You will receive a confirmation Text, Email, or Voicemail. (whichever method you selected)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-small-font-size\" style=\"color:#b78f00\">Step 2: Once time and location have been confirmed, please click on the <a href=\"https:\/\/activeflexmassage.com\/?page_id=46\">forms<\/a> page. Either print out the paperwork and have it ready for appointment time or just look over it and sign the one provided on the day of the appointment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-small-font-size\" style=\"color:#b78f00\">Step 3: Provide your massage therapist any special instructions to be able to get into your massage location. Parking Instructions also would be helpful. Please clear a workspace of at least 4ft x 8ft for your massage therapist and their massage table.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color\" style=\"color:#b78f00\">Step 4: Your massage therapist should arrive 15-30min before you scheduled appointment. In this time they will set up and you will be able to communicate your expectations for the session. You will receive 60-90min of bodywork. (the set up time does not count towards your session time)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color\" style=\"color:#b78f00\">Step 5: Payment- Payment can be made anytime before the service date. or the day of service.
